Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave therapy is an advanced, non-invasive treatment that uses high-energy acoustic waves to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes. These sound waves travel through the skin to target deeper tissues, helping to break down stubborn tightness, calcifications, and scar tissue while improving blood flow to the area.

What makes shockwave so effective is the way it “restarts” healing in injuries that have stopped responding to traditional treatment. By re-activating cell regeneration, increasing circulation, and reducing local inflammation, it supports faster and more efficient recovery.

Shockwave therapy is commonly used for:

• Chronic tendon pain (such as Achilles tendinopathy, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow)
• Plantar fasciitis and heel pain
• Shoulder and rotator cuff conditions
• Muscle trigger points
• Calcific tendinitis
• Persistent soft-tissue injuries that are slow to heal

Most patients feel improvement within a few sessions, making it an excellent option for both athletes and individuals dealing with long-term or recurring pain.
Ultrasound Therapy

Ultrasound therapy uses sound waves to gently warm deep tissues, helping reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and promote healing. It is often used for soft-tissue injuries such as sprains, muscle strains, and tendon irritation. The treatment is comfortable, non-invasive, and an effective complement to manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation.
TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation)

TENS therapy delivers gentle electrical impulses through the skin to help block pain signals and relax muscles. It is commonly used for both acute and chronic pain, offering drug-free relief and improved comfort. TENS can support recovery after injury, reduce muscular tension, and assist with pain management during rehabilitation.
